Anyone know of where I can find a broker for casualty Insurance? I am located in CA if that makes a difference.
www.iiaa.org is what you need, but you’re going to need a lot more information – "insurance specs" about exactly what you need.
Casualty means liability. But likely, the person asking for this also wants property coverage, and possibly workers comp.
Find a local agent at the above referenced website (by zip code), and they’ll give you the questions, that you have to answer, to get the quotes.
It varies, by line of business! Workers comp can be as little as 3%, and monoline property can be as much as 20%. Packages are usually 15%, and for auto, budget 10% to 12%, and homeowners 17%.
